Auto Bullet Collator-14
ABC-14 machines provide vari-speed rate control and feed pistol bullets base up or down at rates above 6000 BPH. Customers routinely comment on feeding 5000 bullets without a mistake. ABC-14 will collate 9 MM through 45 L.C. bullets and requires less than 5 minutes to change over caliber size and shape. Does not collate full wadcutters.
The standard collating plate will feed 9 MM .550" long bullets through 45 cal. .950" long bullets. Special collating plates are available for bullets 1.312" long to .400" long 22 cal. (rifle bullets).
Round nose, semi-round nose or pointed bullets feed with great accuracy, mistake rate (reversed bullets) average less than 1 in 7000. 9 MM and .38 SWC miss rate averages 1 in 5000. 44 mag. 240 gr. SWC and .45 cal. 260 gr. SWC have higher miss rates averaging less than 1 in 1000.
The collator plate drive motor is variable speed, operating from 3 to 7 RPM and is set with a rate control knob. The electric stop-start feed control prevents feed tube overfill. The feed tube is adjustable for bullet size.
The ABC-14 adapts easily to any machine accepting tubed bullets and feeds pistol bullets base up or down, change-over requires 5 minutes. Feed tube O.D. is ⅝".
ABC-14 is furnished complete, includes feed tube, flex bends, electric control, mounting column and plastic piping.
